The Eleanora P. Touhey Scholarship Foundation was started in 1998 by Eleanora P. Touhey in order to give back to those students in the Lodi Unified School District that showed exemplary achievement in all aspects of life. Since it's inception, the Scholarship has helped many young adults accomplish their dreams, and helped to make the world a better place.
